While having a good communication-relationship with your physician won’t cure cancer, it does help with the emotional burden that such a disease presents itself with.

Every few weeks, our team at Liver Specialists of Texas hosts a free webinar discussing a range of topics to support your health and wellness goals. This latest webinar will focus on the communication between Doctor and Patient. We will have as a special guest one of our nurse practitioners, who will share real-world stories from caring for complex liver patients in the hospital. Also joining will be Chuck Garcia, a friend of the practice and all of our educational activities, who will talk on the role of Emotional Intelligence. Chuck is an author, keynote speaker, professor, and coach.
