The cornerstone of wellness is nutrition. As I have stated numerous times before, the art of cooking a meal is nearly dead. Young families rarely cook, having no time, lack of interest, and minimal skills. This must change if we are to pull ourselves out of the global obesity epidemic. We cannot turn over the responsibility of feeding our families to chain restaurants.
